The Collective Leadership Institute invites you to join our new seminar on "Working with Stakeholder Dialogues" which will provide you with the key concepts and competencies for effectively collaborating with stakeholders. The first courses of this kind were successfully completed in Bangkok, Thailand in June 2008 and in Hanoi, Vietnam in September 2008. Practical examples revealed the potential of stakeholder dialogues as one of the most important instruments for the effective development and implementation of cross-sector projects and initiatives at international, national and local level.
Our program is designed to help you build your strategic abilities and implementation skills in stakeholder engagement and dialogue. You will exchange experience, gain insights, knowledge and facilitation skills to build consensus-building stakeholder relationships, convene networks for high impact solutions, and create the space for learning and collaborating with different stakeholders. You will learn essential tools for successful implementation of result-oriented stakeholder dialogues.
Due to the very positive feedback and growing demand, this seminar format is now going to be conducted in Siem Reap, Cambodia on February 17th-20th 2009 !!!
The tuition fee for the seminar is €1520 EURO. The amount includes tuition fees, food and beverages during the days (coffee and lunch breaks) and all supporting material including an extensive seminar field guide. We kindly ask you to organise your overnight stay yourself. We will be glad to assist you in this respect. Important: For self-paying participants, non profit-organizations and the participation of teams of at least 3 persons we have a special discount available.
